The WIRE Method is a structured four-step framework for taking AI from idea to a working part of the business. It was developed inside 120 implementations across 15 industries, and the four steps are the same in every project. The acronym is the order: Audit, then Identify, then Run, then Embed. Skip a step and the project drifts, breaks quietly, or becomes another tool nobody uses.
